Open Road
On-road test drives are the axis of most automotive events, as it is on public roads that most customers drive their cars on a common basis. At Driving Events, we manage this type of test drives from A to Z, from all logistics behind the scenes to the implementation and coordination on site.
The route design of the test drive — including the choice of routes and the definition of timings —, the planning of the necessary resources to carry it out — both material and human — and the execution itself are our other main involvement fields related to the test drive management.
Driving activities

Gymkhanas are used to test the capabilities of a vehicle in an enclosed area. At Driving Events we specialise in designing specific gymkhanas for any model. The goal is to create a small circuit that allows to evaluate specific features and components of the car, such as the turning radius, new types of steering wheels or the around-view camera.
Race
Tracks
To test some vehicles in extreme conditions, a circuit that meets all safety requirements on asphalt, dirt or ice is required. At Driving Events we provide our customers with the suitable racetrack for each occasion, as well as with our own team of professional drivers, with extensive drive experience on all kinds of surfaces.
4x4
Tests Drive
To be able to showcase all features and real capabilities of 4×4 vehicles, the right conditions need to be put in place. 4×4 tracks are the best platform to demonstrate how a car performs in some very specific situations. Building the right one for each car requires not only a very good understanding of the vehicle but also a wide experience and an excellent knowledge of 4×4 driving. We have built more than 50 off road tracks throughout our history.
EV / PHEV
Events
Our commitment to staying at the forefront of automotive trends is showcased through our EV Events, where advanced electric vehicles take centre stage. We have all the portable EV chargers you might need to deploy an event wherever you dream to. From AC 22KW to DC 60KW, we have deployed events with more than 90 electric cars being charged every day.
Vehicle Setup
The success of a presentation depends mostly on how it has been prepared and set up. This is why a right planning of the days that precede the start of any event is key. The reception of the vehicle fleet, the full first cleaning, identification and programming of the cars, the setup and signage of the routes and other test drive zones, etc. are some of our essential duties prior to kick-off.
Cleaning
We are convinced that details make the difference, and cleanliness is clearly one of them. On every event, we give each car the premium care it deserves. Thanks to our experienced team of cleaners and top detailing equipment, an exhaustive cleaning is carried out daily so that cars appear brand new again at all times. For an image is worth a thousand words.
Charging Solutions
Electric charging is not always as quick and simple as it may appear. Being able to charge a fleet of e-vehicles requires rigorous planning and the setup of the right electric network and charging stations. Thanks to our longtime experience, we have gained the necessary expertise to assess and define the best e-charging structure for each occasion.
Fuelling

To ensure the correct functioning of test drives, the full fleet of dynamic cars is checked daily and refuelled regularly by our teams, either through our own fuel tanks or through agreements with petrol stations near the event site.
Technical
Workshop
Just as cleanliness is important to ensure the right image is transmitted, technical maintenance is crucial to ensure the vehicle’s right performance. This is why all cars should undergo a previous technical setup and regular checks during usage. Driving Events not only provides the tools and equipment that are required to set up an advanced technical workshop on events, but it also supports with its own expert technicians where needed.
Digital
Identification
On every test drive, it is very important for us to keep control of both the fleet of vehicles and the guests using it. Being able to know who drives what car at a specific moment allows us not only to better manage test drives on site but also to identify drivers whenever necessary at a further stage. Our very own RFID tracking system, through which we scan and store the data on the cloud, helps us to that purpose.
